Most often, when an item is available to be put in your shopping cart, we will have it in stock and be
able to deliver it. However, when there is just one left in stock, the first person to checkout with it in their shopping
cart will get the item. Anyone else will arrive at checkout and find that the item has gone out of stock in the interim. |

Please email us if you are interested in items marked "special order" and we will
endeavor to obtain them for you. |

If your charge is approved, your order status is automatically updated when we get confirmation from the authorization center. If the charge is declined, we manually void the order.

After you visit PayPal and submit a payment to us, we receive an email notification from them. We use that information to note that you've paid for your order. Since there is no automatic link between PayPal and our site, it can take a while for your order status to be updated. We post the payment updates as often as we are able to. Orders that remain unpaid after three to five days are voided.

During checkout, shipping and handling are added to total for your order.
To Check on the Cost of Shipping, select your destination country and the shipping method.
Then press the ship cost button to see the charges. No other information is
required to check shipping costs.
At present, in the USA, we are shipping via Priority Mail
with Delivery Confirmation. Signature Confirmation is optional. Signature confirmation requires that you sign for the
parcel upon delivery.
We strongly urge multiple-unit building occupants to use signature confirmation service so that
the packages are not left sitting out in a lobby where anyone might pick them up.
For destinations outside the USA, we are shipping via Express Mail International, Priority Mail International, First Class Mail International
anbd First Class Mail International Registered.
All orders are shipped in boxes. We offer First Class Mail International Registered as an option for international orders.
Registered mail gets special handling and requires a signature upon delivery, so your order won't be left unattended at your address.
For international orders, express services like Express Mail International or Fed Ex or DHL provide tracking numbers. The US Postal Service
does not provide tracking information for Priority Mail International, First Class Mail International, or First Class Mail Internation Registered.
However, they have been experimenting with using the customs barcode for delivery confirmation. You can now use the USPS site to check whether
or not a parcel has been delivered, but the information is not guaranteed to be accurate and is available for only 30 days. Starting in May 2007 we have
begun scanning the customs barcodes so that they are available with your online order status.
Express Mail International includes $100 worth of insurance. We recommend buying extra insurance if your parcel is worth more than $200.
Email us after placing your order if you wish to have your parcel insured or shipped via an expedited service not listed on the site.

Here are the very optimistic delivery estimates provided by the United States Post Office.
| Priority Mail packages usually arrive with 2-5 days. |
| Delays in customs here and abroad can significantly increase delivery times |
| | Express Mail International | Priority Mail International | First Class Mail International, Registered |
| Tracking | Yes | No | No |
| Destination | | | |
| Canada | 3-5 business days | 4-6 business days | 4-7 business days |
| Japan | 3-5 business days | 4-6 business days | 4-7 business days |
| France | 3-5 business days | 4-6 business days | 4-7 business days |
| Netherlands | 3-5 business days | 4-6 business days | 4-7 business days |
| UK | 3-5 business days | 4-6 business days | 4-7 business days |
In general, we expect most overseas parcels to arrive within a couple weeks. Some will arrive sooner, some later. The delivery times the Post Office
shows are lower limits. Real delivery times also vary during the year. The end of summer is slow, as are the end of the year holidays.
Orders where duty is owed will be delayed significantly as they are processed in customs. We do not mark parcels as gifts unless they are a free item.
Please check with your post office if you don't receive your order within two weeks. Parcels that remain unclaimed
are returned to us which takes at least three months.

We love these toys, a lot! But, please understand that they aren't perfect.
They are not made like computer chips or hard drives, in clean rooms, where it is routine to keep submicron
scale defects under tight control. Some slight imperfections are present in all of them, trust us on this,
we've photographed hundreds and hundreds of these in great detail, and while some of the detail is awesome
and utterly remarkable, there are always little flecks and gaps in the paint and plastic that are just part
of the story, they don't qualify a piece as needing replacement. For that matter, Raymond, the owner of Toy2R
wants you to play with them, in which case they are going to get their own share of nips and tucks. And hey,
maybe Series 9 or 10 will be made in a clean room!

 |
We use codes to describe the state a toy is in when it is sold. They are:
| PBS | Poly Bag Sealed, the item is packed in a sealed plastic bag (toys from Series 3 and above are in sealed poly bags in a box |
| PBO | Poly Bag Opened, the item is packed in opened plastic bag - from a display or photo shoot not new, but otherwise fine |
| PCP | Post Card Pack, the item is packed in a vacuum formed plastic sheet with a postcard (or show card) backing |
| BBC | Blind Box Closed, the item is packed in a sealed box, any figure from the series may be inside |
| BBO | Blind Box Open, the item is in an open box (before Series 3 toys were in trays in the box, not in bags) |
| WBC | Window Box Closed, the item is in a sealed window or clear box. Many 8" figures come in Window Boxes. |
| WBO | Window Box Open, the container has been opened. This comes up with packs like the OX-OP Series 1 figures that had black cards hiding the contents of the window box. |
| LBC | Labeled Box Closed, the contents are labeled, the box is sealed |
| LBO | Labeled Box Open, the container has been opened |
| SWP | Shrink Wrap packaging. Display Frames come shrink wrapped. |
| PSF | Poly Snap Frame. Rolito Boys come in snap frames. |
| CPP | Clear Poly Pack. |
|
 |
 |
On some of cour catalog pages you will see a number like #207 over the description
of the item. These are assigned by Toy2R when they publish their postcard guides to their product line. These are also the numbers
used in the 2.5" gallery which follows the postcard layouts. The numbers are roughly chronological, so you can figure that in general
lower numbers indicate older pieces.
